From listening closely to acting properly

Consulting is by far more than just offering solution processes. It mainly consists of asking the right questions and listening closely when problems have occurred. Only after listening closely enough what the issue is about we can work together in an efficient way to solve the problems.

To us, consulting is always give and take. Be it individual consulting, moderation of small groups or the application of specific group formats – only active participation and honest descriptions of the situation offer a chance of working together to achieve particular aims.
