Nature has developed something special for flower seeds. Only when it has fully grown, it shows itself “ready and willing” to head for a new destination and uses wind for this journey to a new location.

For individual consulting we take the role of the wind and try to find all possible routes to your aim using intensive conversation in a relaxed atmosphere. To achieve this we use – among other methods – various forms of interrogation, visualization and decision-making matrices. Project and change management methods help us analyze the present state and enable us to compile effective development strategies. The rule here is: we don’t regard ourselves as merely consultants but also as sparring partner for the customer who can rely on the interaction and increased knowledge acquisition in the individual consulting.
