Die Organisation

Beforehand the most important thing: There is no absolute right or wrong when it comes to organizational methods. What makes up organization in the first place is clarification what kind of structure suits best the aspired goals. This is not about thinking in good or bad terms but to find the method suitable for the upcoming task, size, and the people behind it. That is why too much regulation and hierarchic fixation of a structure can be as harmful as a “laissez faire” attitude with flat hierarchy.

Nonetheless – or maybe because of this – responsibilities must be arranged and corporate goals must be defined and communicated to grant an efficient management and to fill every position adequately. Here we start by making organizational structures comprehensible for everybody involved.
